Big shout-out to Juan Batalla (@juanbatallaa), who won the Open draw at Johnson Ranch, Roseville CA, last weekend. Juan recently completed his college career at the University of Nevada, Reno.
Juan switched to Grapplesnake Tour M8 1.3mm only ten days ago, and decided to give it a go at the Johnson Ranch 10k Open and NTRP, winning the event. He defeated JMG Academy students and D1 players from UCF and Yale in the process.
We love how quickly he became confident with M8. Juan plays with the current Ezone 98 at 52 lb.
